+ How do I create an account?
Open the Create account page and provide a username, valid email and password. You can play instantly — no email activation needed.
+ I lost access to my account. What now?
Use the Recover password option on the login page. If the email is also lost, open a ticket below with proof of ownership (transaction ID, character name, etc.).
+ Can I change my username?
Username changes are available once every 90 days from the account panel. Some restrictions apply for top-100 ranked accounts.
+ How do I install the client?
Visit the Download page, choose your OS, run the installer and log in. The launcher auto-updates the client.
+ Are mods and third-party tools allowed?
Cosmetic UI mods are allowed. Anything that automates gameplay (bots, macros, packet editors) results in a permanent ban.
+ Why am I getting lag spikes?
Check your network with ping fidelity.example. If >150ms, try the EU/NA-specific gateway in the launcher settings. Wi-Fi often introduces variability — wired is recommended.
+ Is the game free to play?
Yes, fully free. Cosmetics, mounts and convenience items are available in the ItemShop but never grant a power advantage.
+ Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit card, PayPal, PIX (Brazil), and major cryptocurrencies. Regional methods are added based on community demand.
+ I was charged but didn't receive my Gold.
Gold is delivered within 5 minutes. If not, check your transaction ID in the email receipt and open a ticket below — we resolve these within hours.
+ How can I report a bug?
Open a ticket below with as much detail as possible: steps to reproduce, screenshots, character name, date and location. Staff reviews reports within 24h.
+ I found someone cheating.

+ The launcher won't open after installation.
Right-click FidelityLauncher.exe → Properties → Compatibility → Run as administrator. If still failing, install the latest DirectX and Visual C++ Redistributables.
